I understand that attendance of a dog obedience training class, online training web site, or other provided information related to such, is not without risk to my dog, myself, members of my family, or guests. Some of the dogs to which I may be exposed may render difficulty in controlling and may result in injury even when handled with the greatest amount of caution. In addition, it is my responsibility to keep my dog current on vaccinations, but I realized that puppies may still be susceptible to various diseases in spite of the vaccinations.

I hereby waive and release Academy of canines, www.Academyofcanines.com, any other associated web sites, and any owners of any property on which training occurs, trainers, assistance, volunteers, and/or agents(hereinafter referred to as training crew) from any and all liability of any nature, for injury or damage which I, my family, my guest, or my dog may suffer. Including specifically, but without limitations, any injury or damage caused by the action of any dogs or people on the training property or their own premises. I expressly assume the chance of such danger or injury while attending any training classes, self training, or any other function of the training crew, or while on the training property, facility, or neighboring area thereto, including but not limited to www.Academyofcanines.com web site.

In consideration of and as inducement to the acceptance of my application for training membership by the training crew, I hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless this training crew, its officers, members, and agents from any and all claims, or claimed by any member of any family or any other person while on the training property, facility or neighboring area thereto including but not limited to information provided by www.Academyofcanines.com as a result of any action in any dog or person, including my own.

I also understand the potential health risk in exposing a young puppy without complete disease immunity to other dogs or environments. I released the training group are many liability relating to this.
